Kith is a multifunctional lifestyle brand for men, women and children - as well as a progressive retail establishment. It was founded in 2011 by Ronnie Fieg, a prominent figure in the footwear industry, who has over twenty years of practical experience.

The Kith app allows users to view curated products, content they love, and receive additional benefits such as access to app-exclusive designs for exclusive products. You will find 5 tabs in your app - Discover, Buy, Drawings, Stock and ID.

I WENT:

This tab is made up of 6 sections: Loyalty, QR Code, My Icons, Orders, Account Details and Help.

Loyalty is an extension of the current loyalty program you all know and love, with a twist. You'll now receive exclusive early access to products, events and more in the app's Loyalty tab based on app activity, purchase activity and store visits.

QR:

The QR code is a unique scannable code linked to your account. Present your code at a retail location and it will help increase your loyalty score by giving you more exclusive access.

Icons:

My icons are your way of showing your love for individuality. The more active as a consumer you are in store and online, the more access to icons you will receive, which can be updated on your app's home page - collect as many as you can.

Requests:

Orders allows you to view all your orders and will provide order tracking details.

Account details:

Account Details is where you can manage your personal data, update 'My Preferences' from your onboarding search, email preferences and general app settings.

Help:

Help is where you can find pages like FAQ, Returns, Contact Us, Privacy Statement, California Privacy Statement, Cookie Policy, Terms and Conditions, and Data Request Form.
